MLB fans are doubling as fashion critics for the second spring training in a row, this time banding together to mock special edition New Era overlap hats being sold on the league's official online marketplace.

The miss from New Era follows the controversial MLB uniforms designed by Nike last year. Heavily disliked by fans and players alike, those uniforms were met with criticism over a number of elements, including their overall fit and the size of logos and lettering.

An MLB hat accidentally appearing to display a Spanish vulgarity is no longer for sale. New Era released an "Overlap" collection of MLB caps where each team's logo is imposed in the middle of its name.
