Fun time at the beach- you can jump off the pier as it’s not too deep maybe 15 feet. We found parking right away. They have stairs to get you back to the pier. Water is clear and beautiful.Full review by Cindy H

Hi. First of all, congratulations! To have a wedding anywhere on a Hawaiian beach, you have to apply for a permit. I don't believe it specifies the exact location on the beach, more like first come-first serve. The Pier might not be a good idea because it gets crowded and you won't be able to deny public access to it even for a short time. If you pick a local officiant, they will make plenty of useful suggestions (best time, best lose flowers to decorate - since no props allowed...Etc.). In short, you can't "reserve" it, but you have to get a permit. Hope this helps!

Yes! Just grab a fishing license! (I am sure you could get away with not getting one but better safe than sorry because there are hefty fines for not having camping/fishing licenses on Kauai)
