Portland’s food truck scene is on another level, and Ironclad Eats is right in the middle of it. 🌮🔥 Tacos, cronchwraps, nachos, and everything they serve is messy, cheesy, exactly what you want. We hung with the crew for a bit and they’re having just as much fun cooking as everyone is eating. The line was already forming minutes after they opened, and you can see why.
