There is a "normal" amount of times to be going to the bathroom during the day. It is considered normal and healthy to pee every 2-4 hours during the day. Going more frequently than that? There is help! As long as you don't have a bladder infection or other medical condition that would make you pee more frequently, then often it comes from poor habits over a long period of time.
