Oct 31, 2018 · It's not who you vote for - the fact that you are registered, your address where you are registered, the party you are registered to and what elections you have voted in is all public record. Check your state's secretary of state web site, in most states its available online. The app uses that data that is already public record.

Different journalists from different countries vote as well and each of their rankings account for 1 of the voters points as well. So Bellingham could win the fan vote by a landslide but could lose out on the Golden Boy award based on the other votes.

Not voting doesn't change the distribution of votes, but voting does. The exact impact of a non-vote can only be calculated post election, but here's an example: if you vote ANC then that adds 1 vote to them and 0 to everyone else, but if you don't vote that is like voting 0.5 ANC, 0.2 DA, 0.2 EFF, 0.1 OTHER, or whatever the proportions end up being.

Feb 23, 2023 · likely because they’re not really using the photos as a barrier to entry (outside a cursory check) - if you actually test their performance (so false positives are monitored) they do make an alarming number of mistakes (one of the papers in my linked article above did just that)… although some people do seem to be far better at it than others

Jul 31, 2020 · In theory you shouldn't have to re-apply, but if you want to check your voter status to make sure. You can get dropped for lots of legitimate reasons, and some questionable ones. You can visit vote.org to check. Keep in mind this is a 3rd party site. I live in Nevada so I also checked with my county clerk's office.
