It is the goal of the Mecklenburg Swim Association to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. MSA Swim offers something for all swimmers in the Charlotte area. We offer a Swim School, Competitive Swim Team, and an Adult Masters Program.

MSA Masters is a group of adults 18 and over that train together at the MSA Training Center located on the corner of Tom Short and Rea Road. Our group values fitness, friendship and fun!!!! You can be either a beginner swimmer, a swimmer that swam decades ago, or an experienced swimmer to get benefits from our program.

Emphasis: Our beginner level with a focus on independent forward progression. Focus will be on gross motor skills appropriate for swimming. Skills taught will include going underwater, independent floats (back and front) and swimming independently for 35 – 40 feet.
