Hi, I purchased a Sony WH CH510 3 months back and it was covered under standard warranty, 3 days back the hinge of the right ear cup broke when I was just trying to adjust ut's angle while wearing it. I contacted the service centre and they told me that physical damage was not covered under the standard warranty.
