May 30, 2023 · Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & internet , and on the right side, select Sharing options. Under Private, select Turn on Network discovery and Turn on file and printer sharing. Under All Networks, select Turn off password protected sharing. Make sharing services start automatically.

The Network view in the main pane shows 2 media devices, the Windows 10 computer and a TV on the network, the Mesh hub the Windows 11 computers are ethernet connected to, and 3 devices under other devices, all 3 TVs with the same network name and ip address.

It is just the 24H2 machine which is not showing devices under Explorer Network. I can however identify and link to the other machines (and the Netgear Router's Readyshare USB) using network shares and mapping.

Open the old Control Panel, not the Settings App. At the top right of the old Control Panel, set View to icons. Open Credentials, in there you should be able to find the details you need.
Network Controller Driver Not Installed (Code 28)
I checked my wireless devices, and the Bluetooth and Realtek card were showing up. So, I tried an uninstall and Reset. No luck. Upon checkng the devices further, I found the problem: there’s a multitude of devices whose drivers weren’t successfully installed, and the big one of course is the Network Controller.
