May 24, 2023 · I have a rear section with the three lugs that lock into the lower.....but the finish is much more worn.....I could hit it whith a little Belgian blue and match it up a little if need be. If doing a reweld, I'd weld first and then match after all finish work is done.

Jul 10, 2020 · I've been looking to buy a STG44, but I've noticed several MP40 tube guns and even a few C&R MP40 (50% more of course than tubes) up for sale. Just curious from those of you with experience in the platform, how reliable is the overall design as soon as you go into mismatched and even tube guns?

Mar 30, 2017 · I was checking out a private exhibition of guns, and I noticed a MP40. The usual markings (model name, year of manufacture, serial number) were present, but not the manufacturer code! There was the empty space for it, but nothing was stamped.
