Set the bar to use ARC, if that's possible, so that both the TV and bar are using ARC, and make sure that you're using the correct HDMI ports. Set the HDMI options on the TV to passthrough, and disable CEC on the PS5.
Simultaneous use of internal speaker and Bluetooth wireless

The internal speakers aren't bad but I got a bose 300 and tried listening to bluetooth and internal speaker and it disconnects the bluetooth and only plays the internal speaker; when I connect the speaker via aux/optical out it doesn't do anything! Can't find a solution anywhere in the manual.

Aug 10, 2018 · I have just purchased the LG OLED65E8PLA. I would like the sound to come out from the internal TV speakers and my external ones simultaneously but it does not work. TV connected via HDMI Arc to a Denon AVRX2200W receiver. 2 Triangle column speakers connected to the Denon receiver (1 speaker is front left, 1 is front right).

My LG keeps losing its ARC HDMI sound connections

As to why the ARC is losing its connection, its diffuclt to say, probably software bugs is the most likely answer and there is little we can do about it unless you want to factory reset the TV and sounbar in the hope that clears it. 👍.
