Anyway, the original non-crappy JP version of Z actually does have a line (from Goku instead) declaring that Kid/Pure Boo is stronger than all the prior Boos... but in the original, actually-coherent manga version of things, that line didn't exist. It's an anime-only addition, apparently inserted to generate some extra hype to the final battle.

Kid Boo was wrongly stated The strongest in the anime for no reason. In the same anime, Goku, while in 1/100th of his Power, in fricking base, won against Ultimate Gohan inside Boo's body. The anime is not consistent with manga in DBZ, it's just less stupidly obvious than in DBS. Super Boo Alone is stronger than Kid Boo for obvious reasons.
