Nov 9, 2002 · i have a 95 se 5 speed with catback exhasut and intake. my friend has a 98 gsr. he gets smoked on the regular. my other friend has a gsr engine in a DX civic he can definitely hang with the max. his car is only 2300 lbs and hes pushing 180 hp. integra's are really heavy cars. i beat a type r too.

Now the process begins of plugging in all of the wires, connecting the throttle cable, water lines, etc. I know that was a pretty major jump but I seem to have lost my other pictures of putting the engine and tranny together and beginning to drop the engine into the car...

Mar 17, 2002 · The trick is... In a V8, you have to be a really good driver, and really know your car to pull those 5.9-6.1 0-60 times.... But in a GSR, you can be a moderate driver, have baldish tires and still pull 7.3 0-60, because Honda's engineering made GSR's beautiful cars to race with... Good suspension = good take offs.

Oct 30, 2005 · yeah, i blew da motor. I was burning oil but have not found that reason yet. I will be taking da motor out soon but i was thinking about getting a b20b block and doing that with a turbo instead of rebuildig my motor and making that turbo but i wanted to if it would be a good idea to do that with my gsr and if the numbers would be worth it. i need some suggestions on this. thanks

Aug 14, 2004 · well mines a 2000 gsr and it has lsd. if they still make hondas with the first letter of the vin # sayin where there were manufactured mine starts with a J its been awhile since i check vins on that stuff but it means it was assembled in japan i think atleast my older accord was that way. im not really too sure either but i never saw a gsr tranny with 2 …

Mar 2, 2005 · 90-91 OBD0, no gsr, cable clutch 92-93-2nd gen, gsr, hydro tranny, and obd1 94-95 3rd gen teg, gsr hydro, obd1 still 96+ 3rd gen obd2(a or b) hydro, gsr, type r. The distributor will work. I know that. But im not sure in how the mounts will line up. It may have to be trimmed to fit. IMO it would be easier to get a 93 gsr ecu!

Better in almost every way. im buying the whole car. do the cars hold different maximum boost levels or something. ex. the 2001 eclipse rs holds more boost than the gt. and im looking for a car with more room to work with, like body kits, turbos, pistons, cams, etc.
