Feb 26, 2025 · It’s super common around the 2-3 week mark and will totally go away all on its own in time. I am hesitant to put anything on delicate baby skin, I didn’t with my first. I just made sure to clean the skin daily with warm water, and every few days with a gentle hypoallergenic baby cleanser. Also applying breastmilk is a nice natural fix.
