If this doesn't help or isn't relevant, please let me know whether OneDrive is active now, after the reset.

Dec 17, 2024 · When I go into the sims four and load a game that was played before with all the packs working, it says that all these packs I have installed are not installed and the sims needs to be restarted when in the Store section of the main menu in sims it shows the packs have been bought, but when you hover over them, it says "restart to use".
