Nov 18, 2021 · Gunk floats to the top and rocks go to the bottom. Then you drain honey off through its outlet. There is zero need for your honey to be filtered if you allow the time to clarify. And FWIW, my honey is always too thick to put it through a 600 micron strainer. IMO, one needs to heat the honey to 110 or 120F to run it through the strainer.
