Fran Brown was hired as Syracuse’s 31st head coach on Nov. 28, 2023 and in one year instilled a culture of success that has paid immediate dividends for the Syracuse football program. Brown delivered a 10-win season in his first year at the helm, tying Paul Pasqualoni (1991) for the most victories by a coach in their first season at Syracuse.
