Sep 23, 2011 · I have never seen or heard your speakers, but am quite familiar with many Yamaha speakers. Yours are probably very well made and if they have the typical Yamaha sound, they will be nice and detailed. I've always found that for modestly priced speakers, Yamaha blows the competition out of the water.

The speakers you noted seem to have small woofers. 8cm woofers are only 3.1 inches. Where most midranges are going to be 5.25 or 6.5 inches.
