Jun 28, 2020 · Xin's ult also does lots of damage on high health targets considering its range and actually stuns them for a bit too. Ideally you jump on the enemy ad carry, ult away peelers and their control mage won't be able to dmg you. As with all of his abilities you need to be fed to get results, going kill for kill on xin doesn't cut it.

Xin's ult is awesome in some cases, like blocking Miss Fortune's ult, blocking Ashe's ult, Lucian's, Karthus, Xerath. It even help vs Teemo's mushrooms. Or when someone applied DoT to you, you can ult, whalk out, so they will be outside circle and DoT stops to do damage to you. Also Xin ult synergizes awesomly with Death's Dance.

Feb 25, 2023 · I recently enjoyed playing Xin very much! Normally my main is J4 but Xins kit feels very similar for me. But there is one thing that made me think Xin is mich weaker than J4 and that is the fact, that I don't know how to properly use Xins Ult. not sure if the ult animation usually goes off before the E finishes so it might not knock them back at all. However, i will say that in the case that it does, you simply dash to their previously location (and they are knocked to a new location). I've never seen a dash on Xin that was redirected for any reason other than cc from the enemy team

Mar 30, 2021 · The main differences are the knock back and placement, xin's follows him while gwen's is tied to terrain and has the 1 time displacement thing. Gwen's W is on 30s cd at first rank and 99% chance it won't be maxed first and second (like fiora and her parry).

Dec 28, 2021 · Or does the ult effectively work as a wind wall for any projectile originating outside the circle? Further testing required. But yes, Ezreal ult, Ashe ult, Jihn ult, and cait ult all do no damage to Xin if the caster is not within Xin ult circle.

And his ult, which isolates a singular target, doesn’t seem to be nearly as reliable as Vi R or J4 R (assuming J4 targets immobile champions). Xin also doesn’t have a way to stop his target from simply running away, since his only CC is Q knockup on a pretty long cooldown.

Jul 5, 2021 · The damage you received wasn't from Veigar ult, it was a turret attack following you. Note how the damage is delayed between the Veigar ult hit VFX and SFX and the actual change on the health bar. Xin ult does not grant invulnerability against turrets.
