The only potential downside to running Qiqi is that she'll need as much Energy Recharge as possible & possibly a Favonius weapon user on your Xiao team to maintain her burst.

QiQi does have both a Vision AND adepti power in her. She went berserk to a point the only way to stop her is to seal her in ember by the adepti themselves.
