The Shivan temple and Ayyanar temple are very famous for the historic reasons. The village houses 300 families. Only 3 or 4 families belong to Vathima community now.

Our MDS nextgen members Pinky, Gopu, and Shobana organized a group tour of our villages: Thirukkodikaval, Vishnupuram, Konerirajapuram, Sengalipuram, Semmangudi, and Arasavanangadu. It’s a well planned and executed get together with 25 participants, members & non members, in 2 AC vans.
