Jan 30, 2025 · The SNRI effects of tramadol are way over exaggerated. It's an incredibly WEAK SNRI, almost indistinguishable. Tramadol is also a TAAR1 agonist, which means it releases serotonin similar to drugs like methamphetamine, MDMA, albeit MUCH MUCH weaker than the latter mentioned drugs. But these qualities of tramadol do give it it's unique effects.
