PIM kinases regulate early human Th17 cell differentiation
During early Th17 cell differentiation, their expression was driven by the IL6/STAT3 signaling axis. Interestingly, PIM deficiency promoted the expression of genes involved in initiation of Th17 differentiation while suppressing those genes important for Th1 lineage.
Inositol polyphosphate multikinase regulates Th1 and Th17 cell differentiation by controlling Akt-mTOR signaling Graphical abstract Highlights d IPMK plays a key role in Th1- and Th17-dependent immune reactions in mice d Deletion of IPMK in CD4 + T cells reduces Akt and its downstream mTOR and STAT activation
Soluble CTLA-4 regulates immune homeostasis and promotes …
Mar 31, 2025 · However, the numbers of Th1 and Th17 cells were lower in the mesenteric LNs of S + M − mice (Figure 3J). Furthermore, serum concentrations of cytokines varied between S + M − and S − M − mice—for example, the former were higher than the latter in IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, and macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF), while lower in IL-6 ...
Lipid metabolism analysis reveals that DGAT1 regulates Th17 …
Apr 8, 2025 · Graphical Abstract. Introduction. ... Th17, Th1, TFH, and NCD4 cells. Each ridgeline represents the flux of Acetyl-CoA to Fatty Acid, shown on the x axis, for different CD4 + T cell subsets, shown on the y axis. The computational method scFEA was used to infer cell-wise fluxome from the scRNA-Seq data to predict the metabolic profiling as well ...
Gilz-Activin A as a Novel Signaling Axis Orchestrating …
Jan 1, 2018 · Adoptive transfer experiments sustained this Gilz-dependent suppressive effect of MSC on Th1 and Th17 cell functions. In immunoregulatory MSC, obtained by priming with IFN-γ and TNF-α, Gilz was translocated to the nucleus and bound to the promoters of inos and Activin βA to induce their expression.
The signaling axis of microRNA-31/interleukin-25 regulates Th1/Th17 …
Nov 16, 2020 · Our findings demonstrated that IL-25 could be a crucial anti-inflammatory cytokine in TNBS-induced colitis and the signaling of miR-31 targeting IL-25 might be a possible mechanism that regulates IL-12/23-mediated Th1/Th17 inflammatory responses during colonic inflammation process.
ZEB1 promotes pathogenic Th1 and Th17 cell ... - ScienceDirect
Aug 24, 2021 · Using MS patient samples, we find ZEB1 is required for IFN-γ and IL-17 expression in Th1, Th17, and Th1/Th17 cells. Last, fedratinib, a JAK2 inhibitor, shows efficacy in vivo in treating mouse models of MS.
The Th1/Th17 axis regulates chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T …
Mar 7, 2025 · Abstract. CAR-T therapy has led to significant improvements in patient survival. However, a subset of patients experience high-grade toxicities, including cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune cell-associated hematologic toxicity (ICAHT).
PIM kinases regulate early human Th17 cell differentiation - Cell …
Nov 30, 2023 · By combining PIM triple knockdown with bulk and scRNA-seq approaches, we found that PIM deficiency promotes the early expression of key Th17-related genes while suppressing Th1-lineage genes. Further, PIMs modulate Th …
The IL-17-Th1/Th17 pathway: an attractive target for lung
Expert opinion: Current evidence suggests that moving forward agents targeting the IL-17-Th1/Th17 pathway may have novel new oncoimmunology indications in the treatment paradigm for NSCLC. Keywords: IL-17; IL-23; Th17; non-small cell lung cancer.
