During the Shogun’s time, there have been several captains, but it wasn’t until 2017 when Rene Monteagudo joined the ranks of the Lopreste fleet.

Jan 3, 2025 · I'm looking at adding a second long range trip to this years itinerary. I'm currently scheduled for an 8 day on the RP in June and and considering a 10 day on the Shogun in October. Both boats are owned by Lopreste Sportsfishing. What are the differences (besides boat specs) between trips with these two companies. Thanks, David

Oct 11, 2005 · I will run a wet patch (shooters choice) through, then follow up with a wet mop,(more shooters choice) because it will leave more solvent in the barrel, then I let it soak for a while (sometimes over night) before hitting it with a brush and patches until clean, end up with a patch of fp-10 for protection.
