May 20, 2018 · I went up to RCR (I highly recommend anyone considering buying a Superlite kit to do so) to sit in a couple cars which had various configurations. If it turns out you don’t fit or are not comfortable in an SL-C, the GT-R cabin would easily accommodate you.

The SL-C is the antithesis of the standard kit car. Everything is either a bespoke design or a best-of-breed OEM part (e.g., Brembo brakes, Penske shocks, etc.), so there are no donor parts. The chassis is a TIG-welded, CNC-formed aluminum semi monocoque and the suspension is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum... both are works of art.

The Complete Kit is only $50,999, which includes pretty much everything you need to build the car except drivetrain, tires and battery. You can also buy the car in stages, to smooth out the cost over time, if that makes sense for you.
