Feb 23, 2024 · I covered my entire roof with custom cut foam lining, I believe 80 mil thick. It worked great. Do not put it where the rear ceiling speakers go however. The factory liner will barely fit above the speakers without the foam.

Aug 22, 2022 · I might have the cardboard templates we used to make our roof liner still, but as the shape of both is not square, making the panels fit nicely takes a bit of patience to cut correct shape. Oct 18, 2021 · I installed the polaris roof liner and made my own floor mats this weekend. Of course I was missing some hardware from the headliner kit :-(. Found some on Amazon and they are on their way. I also found heavy rubber backed rugs at Menards for $5. I bought two of them and custom fit them to the floor boards.

Nov 1, 2021 · I have been looking for a roof liner for my new 2 seat XP and have found that Polaris no longer sells the roof liner separate for the 2 seater. Given that it came with the sport roof I was hoping to just add the liner and not have to buy an entire new roof.
