I am not using that account in any of the apps and all the apps related to that account are deleted. I searched online for the same.

I want to remove said account and switch to my own Microsoft account but it will not give me the option in settings or anywhere in general. I've tried looking it up and I've noticed people in the past have had a similar problem but none of the solutions have helped me.
