Jan 20, 2018 · To begin, make a new folder in your Rainmeter skins directory, call it My Icons, for example (yep, I'm super original). Within this folder, make another folder called @Resources, and put all of your icon .png files in here.

Yes, you definitely can. for the mean time, the skin package is not done yet since the author is till working on more icons to add to the collection however, if you have already tried skin packages such as honeycomb in the past you can easily add these images to the resources folder and make new files for for the icons animation, I can help you out if you require more info.
