Queen jellyfish are enlarged versions of normal jellyfish with much more powerful stings. From "I'm Your Biggest Fanatic" onwards, they are depicted wearing a crown embedded with jewels. They have six large dark magenta spots and seven tentacles.

He catches the jellyfish and in victory, he repeatedly hits the queen jellyfish until she gets up. She goes over Squidward and he "runs" away.

When SpongeBob began to beg, it was revealed that the Queen Jellyfish is a mechanical beast controlled by Kevin and the Jellyspotters with them sadistically laughing at SpongeBob's misery, revealing his true nature towards SpongeBob.
