Pyra (Japanese: ホムラ, Homura; English dub: /ˈpaɪ (ə)rə/) is one of the female protagonists in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. She is the Aegis, a Legendary Blade who can grant tremendous fire-elemental power to her Driver, Rex. Pyra and Rex embark on a journey to search for Elysium, and Rex is devoted to protecting her.

Pyra is a female Blade who wears a red short-sleeved outfit two capelet-like decorations on her back a emerald tiara, red shorts, red leggings, red fingerless gloves, red boots with emerald decorations and has an emerald Core Crystal on her chest.

Mar 23, 2022 · Pyra’s design is a pseudo-inverse of Mythra’s, with Pyra having showing skin on her hips and arms while Mythra bares her shoulders, legs, and cleavage. So if you put the outfits together, they are fully clothed except for the thighs. Apart from being an inversion of mythras pyras design is pretty much original.

Pyra is a young woman with short red hair that she styles into a bob cut and red eyes. Green ether lines can be seen running through her body when using her power. After resonating with Rex, Pyra's emerald crucifix-shaped Core Crystal loses its center, leaving a X-shape mark behind.

Pyra is a mysterious Blade with power over Fire. She sets off Rex's quest after he discovers her — and a bright red sword — inside a wreck salvaged by the mercenary group Torna. Pyra is in fact the Aegis, one of the first Blades created by the Architect and stolen from Elysium.
