Jan 17, 2017 · Pikachu's form are unique to a special distribution of Ash's Pikachu, each with a separate hat. The Pikachus in a hat are event exclusive, so you can't get them currently. Source

Kalos Cap, since XY was by far the best three seasons of the anime ever - the first to actually have a story that was BETTER than the games on which is was based. Not to mention, if I'm going to have ash greninja I may as well have the Pikachu that's from the same season.
