Jul 24, 2018 · Since I did intend to run this with a brace I got that installed and kept going. I will mention, the PTR 9C was a breeze to disassemble which I greatly appreciate! I did drop and have the push pin roll down range a bit so perhaps when PTR looks at their package they could toss in 1-2 spare pins like other distributorZ do :biggrin:

May 19, 2018 · After multiple months of waiting, the PTR 9c had become available on Atlantic’s website and I placed the order for it that same weekend. I am a fan of PTR and their work on the model 91 so I was eager to see that same quality in a 9mm platform. I have always enjoyed purchasing from Atlantic with their customer service and prices.

Mar 6, 2022 · I'd go PTR, I have three of their weapons and 2/3s were great out of the box. My 91 had to go back for a new hammer, great service with immediate response to emails and 3 week turn ; PTR paid the shipping both ways. I'd still go PTR if all 3 had needed returns, just to keep from having to deal with Century!!!! YMMV. 😄

Jan 29, 2018 · PTR pistols are US built and ready to be built into a SBR and no need to purchase 922R compliance parts .The PTR 9C model has the same features but no threads . The PTR 9CT & C ship in a heavy duty custom fitted hard case with sling, sight tool and 2 -30 round mags.

Sep 25, 2018 · This is not true, and doubly not true of the PTR-9CT. The 7.62/.308 PTR-91 series is built on equipment acquired from Portugese FMP licensed equipment from HK. And older PTR 91 series guns had a mishmash of surplus internals and furniture from a time when G3 surplus from many manufacturers was plentiful and cheap.

Sep 29, 2020 · I have the metal end capped SBT on the PTR 9CT I have and had fitment issues. Noting some bluing ink and a file could not take care of. As far as the buffer goes, I did NOT change it out with the one from the pistol end cap and have had zero issues so far. Only into the weapon for about 1300rds (all suppressed) but so far so good.

Nov 3, 2018 · KCI is the PTR-provided magazines that you will receive. POF magazines are one of the most affordable and reliable 30-rd curved box magazines available at $29.95. EDIT: Oh and if anyone finds reliable mag pouches for curved mags, let me know. I currently overpack them into my PTR 9CT case when I go to the range, but it's not ideal.
