p99 QA vs. AS? - Walther Forums
Mar 13, 2011 · The QA has a short heavy pull, about 8lbs, consistent throughout. Same pull every time. I prefer the QA, but many seem to prefer the AS. The QA gets dogged on pretty hard in this forum, but make sure you check one out at your local shop before you make up your mind.
Range Report Walther P99c QA
Apr 24, 2011 · QA Trigger: This QA wasn't gritty and the 8lbs trigger didn't hinder my shooting. Personally I like it better than Kahr's trigger because of the fast, clean break rather than the loooong trigger pull. My preference for semi auto pistols that are hammer fired, DA/SA. Overall I would give the QA trigger a big thumbs up, absolutely no regrets .

P99 QA. | Walther Forums
Apr 29, 2008 · I picked up my P99 QA today and I 'm not exactly sure about everything. The decocker seems smaller than the standard model and doesn't seem to do anything. I dry fired the pistol a few times trying to get a feel of it. I hope dry firing is okay. I have previously owned the standard P99 a few...
P990 vs P99 QA - Walther Forums
Mar 18, 2004 · But the P990 has a larger decock button but longer trigger pull, and the P99 QA has a small decock button but a short trigger pull. I currently have a Glock 30 and I really like its trigger pull, the same from first shot to last. From what I understand both the P990 and the P99 QA feature this kind of trigger pull.
P99QA Detail strip guide (How to make the QA trigger unsuck)

Do not polish the ends of the pin, as you will want to keep the black oxide on them. Next, drive the secondary trigger pin out. Be sure that your punch is smaller than the pin.
Where to find P99 QA striker springs? - Walther Forums
Jul 16, 2010 · I've done the QA (in 9mm) striker spring modification: cut 5 coils off the stock spring... and I've also tried the Wolff 4lb spring. The Wolff spring makes shooting the 9mm P99 QA fun and my accuracy has much improved. So far (250 rounds) no light strikes and the pistol functions fine (shooting Ultramax 115 FMJ and Blazer aluminum 115 FMJ).
