May 11, 2016 · I'm working for one of our neighbors and was the one running the drill this spring. We were pulling a 40ft New Holland P2080 disk drill and a tow behind New Holland P1050 380bu air cart with a New Holland TJ375. About halfway through seeding the TJ had transmission+hydraulic issues and had to go in to the dealer.

Jul 21, 2013 · I thought about a T8000 tractor, but New Holland seemed to make a good tractor when versatile was in charge. I see some with less than 2000 hours for sale. I want to stay New Holland. Doing a valve adjustment is not a big deal, but, what is so bad to stay away? I update every 15 years or so. Should I stay with the genesis tractors?

Apr 2, 2012 · Would anyone be able to tell me the R-134a charge for a 8160 and a TS-100 tractors. Need to do a little work on these and can't find the charge requirements. Thanks in advance, John

Pulling an 800bu grain buggy up a hill, the 7130 would walk right up it when I had to down shift with the 8970. It had poor tires but dont think new ones would have made much difference. Aug 11, 2012 · I have a T7040 bought new in 2010 with the CVT transmission. Only problems I've had were with the Intellieview monitor and the number 1 remote valve and a little bit of trouble with the front suspension. Transmission and engine have been awesome. Plenty of tractor for a line 12 row planter with splitters and a 875 bu grain cart

Oct 25, 2012 · Im looking at buying a new 4wd...and New holland has quite a bit better deal on their tractors compared to the CaseIH. Other then a bit of differences in the cab and the apperance of the outside is there any difference mechanically? The Tractor im looking at is a T9.505 HD which would be the same horsepower as a CaseIH 450

Aug 25, 2014 · We bought our 425 used, and after looking at a lot of tractors including 6 or 7 tj/stx's we found most had significant engine vibration. Another thing people will tell you is normal. The odd one will run smooth though.

It's a 03 tm 140 has anyone had any experience good or bad with these tractors or know of any weak points on them. This is the only place where you can get unbiased opinions and here the good the bad and the ugly about a particular machine.

Mar 1, 2010 · The new T8.420 was very impressive to look at with the new CNH front axle and new 420/85 x 38 front tire size. Biggest tires yet on the front of a FWA tractor. The FRONT tires were olmost as tall as I am.
