Oct 17, 2018 · No dermal atypia or mitotic activity is seen. The appearances are in keeping with a mildly dusplastic melanocytic naevus. It extends to one edge of the punch biopsy. Diagnosis: Skin biopsy, left calf - mildly dysplastic compound melanocytic naevus. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
