
Which is more powerful Metagross or Garchomp(my favorites)?
Nov 23, 2012 · Garchomp is a fast, powerful Sweeper with a good movepool. On the other hand, Metagross is bulky, strong, and has great defensive typing. So... If you need something to just take out the enemy fast, definitely go with Garchomp. If what your team requires is a tank to take hits and dish them out, by all means go with Metagross.

Jun 15, 2010 · Metagross is a nice Pokémon but Garchomp is better here just for that reason. People seem to be considering the Pokémon on its own, not as part of this team. Adding Metagross has no real benefit while Garchomp helps to balance out the team more effectively.

Jan 19, 2022 · Garchomp is the best early-mid game as it doesn't suffer from an atrocious typing such as Rock/Ground (and even Rock/Dark from Tyranitar isn't that impressive) or an atrocious moveset like Beldum/Metang. Mega-Metagross is undeniably the biggest late game threat. So Tyranitar is somewhere in the middle. But all 3 are beasts ngl.
