Jan 21, 2012 · MAHSEER FISH PROFILE: Mahseer is the common name used for the genera Tor, Neolissochilus, and Naziritor in the family Cyprinidae (carps). The name Mahseer is however more often restricted to members of the genus Tor. The range of this fish is from Malaysia, Indonesia, across southern Asia to Pakistan, including the Indian Peninsula.

Jul 29, 2009 · I have two bichirs, and they love ghost shrimp. I also give them night crawlers, and feeder fish from time to time, as well as brine shrimp. I rinse the brine shrimp, and plop them in. I keep several dozen ghost shrimp in my 75 gallon tank at all times. They are little piglets though.

Hard minerals (which is our normal "hardness" test), salts of any type, water conditioners, fish foods, and almost any substance added to the aquarium (for water adjustment, treatments, etc). These TDS add up and this affects fish to varying degrees.
