Aug 24, 2023 · All evidence of the XM8 in game is the finalized pre-production model of the M8 AGS, based on the wiki and the design of the tank. Historical records shows that the CCVL was developed into the M8 AGS after winning the AGS program, meaning the XM8 must’ve came after the CCVL. Furthermore, there was no XM8 program in 1987.

Oct 12, 2016 · Basically the Chinese re-invented the M8 Buford. Right down to the 105mm. I am sure an up gun to 120mm is very possible. Armor wise, it can probably take a IFV cannon hits here but for ATGM protection it would probably rely on whatever Chinese copy of the kontak-5.
