The color temperature determines the light color of an LED lamp. This color spectrum is indicated in Kelvin and results in how we perceive the emitted light. Although still based on white light, the warm light colors look very cozy and contain more red, whereas cold white lamps often look more business-like and less welcoming.

The main difference between 2200K and 3000K light is the color temperature. 2200K is warmer and more yellow, resembling candlelight, while 3000K is slightly cooler and whiter, akin to incandescent bulbs.
