Their previous names were believed to be "Ogie" (short girl with glasses), "Ashley" (tall blond girl), and Rick (short blond boy). There seems to be no previous name fanoned for David until being properly named in the movie. Sector Z's codenames originally started out as fanon.

Ashley (originally from WarioWare) is a human mage from Mushroom World, and a member of the Dice Pirates. She once worked for Sector TD as a transfer operative.

The first would be Ashley of the Delightful Children From Down The Lane with Fanny Fulbright/Numbuh 86 from Codename: Kids Next Door. I liked the idea of Ashley sneaking off to hang out with a KND member as non-enemies from time to time, and Numbuh 86 doing the same to relax after a difficult day of working decommissioning.
