Goeman was associated with KJAM Radio for his entire career. He became the Station Manager in 1967 and purchased the station with his wife, JoLynn, in 1975. KJAM FM was added in 1979.

Elsie Wiese, age 101, of Madison, SD, passed away peacefully on February 12th, 2025, at Bethel Lutheran Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, February 17, at Ellsworth Funeral Home in Madison, SD. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Family burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Madison.
