They slept in the same bed in the Cathedral during the Maximum Acceleration Phase, probably close to 150 years. There is even a scene in Moon Cradle where Kirito is tucking Asuna into bed after straining herself (scrying the past). She had to admonish him not to sneak out of bed to go looking for some missing goblins.

Once they made up, they finally did sleep together and, later that night, Kirito proposed to Asuna, which she happily accepted. They get married and buy a house on the 22nd Floor, where they reside for two weeks as their honeymoon.

Kirito slept quietly with his mouth slightly ajar and Asuna quickly relaxed upon seeing his precious sleeping face; she had nearly expected her mother to be hovering over her, chastising her for harboring such childish fears.

In Episode 10, while Kirito and Asuna are at Asuna’s house, Asuna strips down to her underwear and tells Kirito to get undressed as well. When a flustered Kirito says that wasn’t what he meant when he said he wanted to spend the night with her, Asuna punches him out.
