Jul 11, 2020 · So the answer is kinda. There are 2 versions of German rifles colloquially known as the "Kar 98", the WW1-era Karabiner 98a or Kar98a and the WW2 Karabiner 98k or K98k. When it comes to the WW1 Kar98a, the Gew 98 is kinda a predecessor. Technically speaking the Kar98a receiver more resembles the previous Mauser Model 93.

Jun 27, 2023 · I got brand new kar 98 S&T spring rifle and everytime i put magazine in it shots once or twice then dry fires so i have to unload the mag and shoot on the ground to clear it. once its cleared i put magazine in for it then to shoot once and dry fire again. if someone can help out that would be massive thank you.

Jan 23, 2021 · Sniper to me is better so to say but the the acog is just more satisfying lol. They play you more aggressively bc they don’t see a glint then boom. You take their head off. A shootout 98% of the time if they peek and see a glint they disappear and reposition. With the acog they are fearless & challenge. Giving you time to get the headshot.

The KAR 98 has ridiculous aim assist lol. Anything with one shot potential close or far should instantly be aim assist free. They did that in previous cods and it worked well imo. Skilled players kept sniping and shitters gave up because they realized they didn’t have the skill to just bloop everyone every second. This is no different.

Mar 18, 2020 · Edit: Some mausers used by smaller countries were “export” mausers sold to them by Germany, if I remember right. But still used by their countries. Not all of them were 98 type actions either. Edit 2: And ofc I forgot to mention the soviets used captured K98k’s as well.

Dec 13, 2021 · Sitting in a lobby and stressing with my writing. What I mean is: I had my favorite loadout picked. Ar and kar. I land and try to swap to my kar. Then it will just repeat over and over again the swap weapon sound. When I’m in game and got my load out, then my kar wouldn’t even show up in my inventory or on the ground.
