Ju Fa (菊 ジュ 花 ファ , Pinyin: Jú Huā) was a Tensen -class Sennin who was affiliated with Lord Tensen, being the member, alongside his partner Tao Fa, who specialized in the mystic art of Bōchū Jutsu, and part ruler of Kotaku, going by the moniker Ashuku Taitei (ア 閦 しゅく 大 たい 帝 てい , Pinyin: Achù Dàdì, Literal meaning: Great Emperor Ashuku).

Ju Fa also known by his alias as a ruler of Kotaku, Great Emperor Akshobhya is a major antagonist of the manga and anime Hell’s Paradise. He was also a member of Lord Tensen.
