Jan 13, 2024 · I just recently purchased my first 2 pieces from JTV. The first piece, which was quite inexpensive, was nice but the stone was too large for my ring finger. I sent it back for an exchange to a larger size for my middle finger and it was perfect.

Feb 16, 2017 · I have purchased moissanite earrings from JTV. I bought them in 14k and they were good quality then, several years ago. I have no idea what the quality is in silver or clad. The caution I'd offer you is that everything I've ever purchased from JTV comes with loose stones. I'd recommend having the prongs checked.

Jul 29, 2014 · Had the rings been defective--cracked stones, bent prongs or something like that--then they should bear the cost of the return. I'm not a big diamond fan nor am I much of an expert, but their diamonds generally look pretty crummy even to me. I've gotten some great gemstone jewelry from them over the years, but I wouldn't buy diamonds from them.
