Irwin Vehicles In 1966 Hasbro made an arrangement for officially licensed GI Joe vehicles with the Irwin company. Irwin manufactured the toys out of blow molded plastic.

It is the 2 1/2 ton truck/duece and half that has been made into an amphipian. This one is made to fit 1/6 scale figures but is a bit smaller than 1/6 scale. Not uncommon 1/6 scale vehicles can be huge. But still good enough for play value.
