I am installing vinyl plank flooring. I am stuck at the door. The problem is that I have a gap (for expansion) that is near to entry door. I want to hide this gap as this looks ugly (see image attached). Please suggest how I can hide this gap. Note this is entry way door. Any information will be really helpful. Thank you

We are going to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our basement. This product clicks together and floats, much like laminate. Sep 16, 2022 · Install a new nosing (or reinstall the removed one) with its top face just a smidgen above the final height of the vinyl. You want it just above because flush joints are usually ugly and because it'll protect the edge of the vinyl. I'm talking 1/16" (~1.5mm) at the most. Fit your vinyl to the back face of the nosing.

I'm currently in the process of ripping the carpet up and installing vinyl plank flooring, and noticed the huge gaps. Are my only options replacing all of the trim or caulking the bottom? Are there other options/products available?
