Take a small bowl and fill it with warm/hot but tolerable water with epsom salt, about 1/2 teaspoon. Dip your nipple in the solution and gently squeeze your breast while your nipple is in the solution. You should see your milk flow into the bowl.

Feb 23, 2025 · I have a haakaa and lady bugs. I have no issues with my lady bugs staying on. I even sleep in them between night feeds since that is when I leak the most. I’ll get 1-4 ounces just while sleeping depending on how much or how little she feeds at night. I think this is good for a passive collector. The regular haakaa is hit or miss for me.
