Apr 3, 2009 · Also I know that there is the Magnaflow exhaust system out and in my view it is extremely over priced. I was thinking of make the G8 GT exhaust system into a X-Pipe with costum tubing and changing the mufflers to Twister Performance Exhaust Mufflers and keep the stock tips and everything else to keep it as a sleeper.

Mar 3, 2015 · I have a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT with the V8. The engine has been making a really annoying squeaking noise for a number of months. I have had belts replaced. I went to have it check out at 4 different places (2 Chevy dealers and 2 local shops). I'm getting mixed signals. The two dealers say something different.

Oct 12, 2009 · Lane Slabs, What I was saying is that I`ve owned 2 G8`s this year. A 6cyl first that I drove for three days,the dealer had for 1 month after, fixing vibrations.. Tires, brakes and control arms( front only). They couldn`t stop water pouring in the sunroof and damaged the body`s finish so bad "the General" made them buy it back from me.

I have a 2009 GT and was able to purchase the jack and other parts from Pace Performance in Niles, OH for $125.00 (including shipping).

Apr 18, 2008 · G8 GT mpg results My GT is getting 22 MPG with combined city and hwy driving (no cruise control yet in this analysis). I live in SE TX so conditions are mostly flat. I notice fuel management engages at 40+ MPH when at steady speeds (it's a subtle sensation).
