Developers’ Notes: Havoc burst AoE damage has proved to be too strong, and Fel Barrage was the most prominent source of that. It should shine in multi-target situations because it does AoE damage; it doesn't need to also proc more often in those situations.

Fel Barrage is a Havoc demon hunter talent. It is an exclusive choice node with [Glaive Tempest]. Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 Havoc talent (was a level 50 Havoc talent). Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Fel Barrage is no longer maximum target capped and now deal reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now capped at 8 targets.
