Apr 10, 2011 · I still have my Golden Eagle Predator(1990). I think it was made the year before the 3D came out. It had the 3" limb blocks, steel cables, magnesium riser, mossy oak camo, and the cams remind me of Hoyts spirals as far as the shape (aggressive).

Apr 19, 2019 · The Stealth Cams were just a more aggressive version Cam and used alloy draw modules. different than the the K cams used with 2 and then the Black Eagle and Newer Models that used 4 draw modules. The I & K Cams were on the Oneida Lab's Production bows for the most part till the Stealth & Black Eagles came along.

Jan 11, 2021 · Of the older single cam bows I got along great with (forgot name) cam for Golden Eagle. Hoyt had 3 different single cams, but these were long ata bows (UltraTec and MagnaTec) and the shortest was the PowerTec with 35" ata. Long bow stringed they were and with better strings the better they were.
Need Draw length Module Information for a Golden Eagle Bow
Aug 27, 2005 · Dick, if I remember correctly the A mod in that cam is the shortest draw(28"). If you put the the cable in the longest slot on the yoke wheel it will be the shortest the bow will go. You can short string the bow one inch,that might help. I just went through my stock of GE mods and only have B(29"), C(30") mods for that cam. Hope this helps.. Bob

Jun 28, 2005 · The best system to eliminate cable guard and shoots like the Onieda and much quieter is the X shoot through system. Its a two cam system but it doesn't have a cable guard-- the shooting string is in the exact center both top and bottom which eliminate cam lean and its much quieter than the Onieda.
Tuning and Finding parts for a Golden Eagle Compound Bow
Oct 27, 2011 · I recently purchased a Golden Eagle compound bow, not knowing what I was getting into. It cost me about $80. When I took at it my archery club, bow guru there told me I needed to change my string on the bow, which is a steel string. Also, I need new modules to shorten the draw length. I currently have Module D on it, and I think I need A.

Dec 25, 2024 · The Issue with a few of the Cables was This; When they switch over from the I Cam which was Plastic to the Metal Cam Using the 80% Modules was the Cause. And was Not all as some suggest. The Issue was when the Cam Rolled Over, the Cable hit the Cam's Slot. Being It was a Change in Design some times thing are Not found during R&D as this.

Dec 12, 2007 · The cam must feed out more string to allow for a shootable draw length. But the cable track and limb tip movement is the same as a bow with smaller cams. This means, the cam has more mechanical advantage and will require stiffer limbs, to produce the same draw weight as a long ATA bow.

Sep 29, 2011 · Nice old bow , not sure though , i got a 50# GE ultra evolution here , but it dual cam and not with the flared limbs . Even still got the original 11 slot quiver on it . maybe do some google image searches searches on golden eagle bows and see if you can match it somewhere .
